While you have the freedom to release music however and whenever you’d like, we ask that you deliver music at least 2 weeks in advance. This ensures we don't encounter any strange technical difficulties with your release.

Nope! Your music stays online during the transfer.
Everything stays the same. All changes happen on the backend, but your stats will not be erased!
Yes! You’ll keep the same page along with its followers and monthly listeners.
All metadata change requests will process after the transfer has completed.
If you choose to pay once per release, yes. Otherwise the unlimited release subscription will cover your transfers!
No worries! Your distributor probably has those on their end. Feel free to let us know if you’re having trouble finding them, and we can help you out :)
